A resident of Phoenix, Arizona who believes that inaction and the lack of awareness and/or attention to the events around us have contributed to the amount of crime our communities are experiencing.

I also suspect that the public has not had enough resources for pooling together video evidence to help catch more of the crooks that keep operating right under our noses and in front of our cameras. From my experience with cameras, I believe that collective efforts are needed.

My administrative background, including database design, has led me to recognize that a searchable format is required.
