(Suspect #2, Zip Code 85020) Sample Posting of a Suspect or Known Thief

I've seen this man in association with my main neighbor who appears to have been involved in drug use and possibly buying, selling, trading + dealing in stolen goods. I believe I've also seen him in a vehicle with another neighbor who was the driver. (In other words, I think it was the same man on both occasions. One way I think he can be recognized is that he appears to be bowlegged.) On the day that he was about to get into the car with the other neighbor, he pointed at my door and said approximately, "Somebody's got this!" After walking off camera, he added "... security cameras!"

On another occasion, I think it was Suspect #2 who was loading with a few men several large televisions onto a nice, large truck. On that night, I think he had on the same checkered/plaid shirt as seen in the first photograph. I will need to find that video, zoom in, and take some screen captures.

I've seen him on a bicycle, and I don't know if he owns a vehicle.

I believe I've also seen him getting into and out of at least one other vehicle--and still concerned about the security cameras. But I haven't seen him in a while as most of my "main" neighbor's (Suspect #1's) friends have disappeared. 

He also does not live here; so, it may not be very useful to post his information as a suspect because tracking down his home base may be a challenge. This forum is most useful for known thieves and suspects with a known home location.
