MY NEIGHBOR USED TO STORE STUFF UNDER MY STAIRWELL. AFTER INSTALLING CAMERAS, I SAW EVIDENCE SUGGESTIVE OF STOLEN GOODS BEING BROUGHT, SOLD, BOUGHT, AND TRADED AT MY NEIGHBOR'S HOME AND VIA MY STAIRWELL AREA. PACKAGES WERE COMING IN ALMOST DAILY WITH ​UP TO 10 VISITS PER DAY AND NIGHT.

IN THESE TWO VIDEOS, IT LOOKS LIKE BAGS OF CLOTHES (LEFT) AND A SHOEBOX (RIGHT) CONTAINING MAYBE FIGURINES WERE BEING BROUGHT TO ​MY STAIRWELL

Each home security consultation gives you up to about four hours of distance help--to be used within a month. The "insurance" provided by ​the right home security cameras is right around the corner--whether you reside in Arizona or another state!

​Some of the home security cameras on the market are not worth the installation time let alone the money and other time costs. They look good on "paper" and have good reviews but offer very poor quality compared to the best cameras I've used. I have several great cameras to recommend plus can give you pointers if shopping for additional brands.

Prior to becoming self-employed, I was an admin and did some database design for a nonprofit organization. These skills will be employed in providing supplemental materials for my consulting customers.

Home security consulting is a new additional business for me--launched in January of 2024. But I have a history of quality work.

My primary work as a solo green house cleaner for the last 12 years is award-winning (expertise.com has voted me for several years in a row to be one of the top 20 or so out of 364ish cleaning services in the Phoenix metropolitan area). That business began in October 2010.

I was in the top 10% of my class at the University of Maryland as ​part of a program focused on science, math, and technology, and though I still ​love science, math, and technology, I also love helping people. 

Going back a few more years, I ranked very well nationally as a ​floutist (flute player).

Do you have basic handyman or handywoman skills, abilities, and equipment? For the camera types that require those, if you don't have the skills, ability (e.g., balance), and equipment, are you prepared to hire a handyman or handywoman (could be expensive if many cameras)?

​I cannot guarantee that I will have the answers to all of your precise questions.

For example, some of the tools I can provide, I created on a PC with Word and Excel, but these may not work for everyone though there may be software online that will convert my formats to ones that will work with your computer. I can copy and paste from a Word document into an e-mail, but some of the formatting may be lost. I cannot, however, copy and paste from Excel. I could, however, screen capture the layout for you to recreate on your computer from scratch.

As another example, I use an Android phone, but each phone (manufacturer and model) has its own set of steps for some of the processes. I can guide you on some of the steps, but you may have to do some research for your specific phone.

I can most easily answer what I've already experienced, heard about, or researched. If I can easily/quickly find the answer to a new subject, I will do my best to answer your question, but if I cannot, I will let you know that it's out of my present area of expertise.

I am also not an attorney. If you want that kind of expertise, you will need to hire one.
